  • Combine diced heirloom tomatoes, Serrano chili ๐ŸŒถ, minced shallot, lime juice and zest, olive oil, & salt and pepper to taste.
  • Marinate for at least an hour before serving.
  • Serve w/ Burrata, tropical hibiscus ๐ŸŒบ salt, variegated Basil ๐ŸŒฟ (grew this in my hydroponic garden!), and, if you want to get a little fancy, add in some olive oil caviar โ™ฅ๏ธ
